    I have never rated any business before. However, I am tired of the poor/rude service from this Tim Hortons in Lake Country. Staff don't repeat the order, the order is not entered so you can verify it is accurate on the order screen and staff rarely give you the cost when placing the order. I get to the window and the order is too often wrong. Yesterday I was blamed by the rude employee for the mistake. I told little miss rude that in fact I had ordered exactly what I was asking for. Staff should not blame the customer, it's customer service 101. I was very rudely told to "give me your card" after the correct order was entered into their system. I said no, give me the debit terminal. If my family didn't love the iced capps, I would never go back. The service is often very poor, staff are often rude. It's clear that some staff just don't understand that no customers means no business and fewer customers means fewer employees. The two stars are for the quality of the iced capps, otherwise it would be lower.

    Frequently messes up orders, but my biggest complaint is the staff. They're rude and completely lack customer service. Today at the drive thru, the girl didn't even acknowledge me as she was too busy chatting with her coworker. I expect to be greeted, just like I would if I walked in. Even a simple hello would suffice. Instead of having the debit pad shoved out the window. It's 2017, greet the customer and take their card. Ask if it has tap and tap it for them. Hand over their order and wish them a good day.

    Very long wait for food and drinks. Been here a dozen times to try and see if it’s better. Never gets better so i just stop in not very often. I just go to the better one on the corner of ocelia and the hiway, They are pros. Maybe needs more streamline order tracking and more staff.

    Only manages a 50% success rate at “1 cream, 2 sugar” order. Pathetic!

    I counted 8 staff and there was no one taking counter orders for 10 mins. Finally the guy taking drive through orders started doing both (by then there were 4 of us in line) which then prompted other staff to get with the program. There was no supervision going on and the Latte machine was broken (this is a relatively new store). My first and last time visiting this location believe me. Very sloppy service.
