I had my dog put down by these people. I was assured that they where professional and that the procedure would be painless and comfortable for my dog. The person came out to my vehicle to administer the sedative and told me that she would simply fall asleep in 5 or 10 minutes. 20 minutes later my dog was not yet showing any signs of being on a sedative. I had my wife go back inside to find out if there was a problem. When the receptionist came out she told us that it may take a little longer. At 25 minutes my dog started whimpering, stood up and started wrenching and shaking. She continued to try to throw up for another couple of minutes, crying and shaking the whole time. Finally at 32 minutes after the sedative was administered my dog finally lied down and went to sleep. The "vet" told me she did not know why that would happen because she had given my dog "twice the amount of sedative that it called for a dog her size". Because of the irresponsible actions of this "vet" by giving my 50 pound dog a dose of sedative for a 100 pound dog, too much for my dogs’ body to handle all at once, she got to spend her final moments scared, nauseous and shaking. I had to watch as my best friend and companion of 15 years die terrified and in obvious pain because of Tri Lake Animal Nightmare's unprofessional practice. Please, do not put yourself and your animal through what my dog and I had to go through. Go somewhere that they know what they’re doing. A pathetic excuse for a veterinary clinic

Terrible experience. Brought my sick puking dog in to see Dr. Coldwell under emergency, not only did we have to wait 45 mins to even see her, but when she finally did come in, she would ask me questions and cut me off every time, then she looked at my dog for 1 min and then gave me an estimate for $1450 right off the bat for every test she could think of. I told her I could not afford all that unless my dog 100% needed that and I would rather do process of elimination and do one test at a time and check results instead of being charged for 15 tests my dog might not need. She had no idea what was wrong with my dog and said that she thought my dog should spend the night there on fluids and go home in the morning and see if she is any better WITHOUT any type of diagnosis or get sent home with an anti nausea shot but didn't even bother to explain why she thought that treating my dog instead of diagnosing the real problem was a good idea. She proceeded to ask me if I could take out a loan or borrow money off a family member, she was clearly very frustrated with her job and told me she hates dealing with finances and didn't want to be stuck working late so I had to hurry up and make a decision. My mom ended up coming in to talk to Dr. Coldwell and she was rude and short with her too. I felt un easy about leaving my dog here overnight. Long story short, my dog is still sick but we were able to take her home last night, our bill came to $800 for blood work and overnight stay with fluids with no diagnosis and I will have to take her to another vet.

I really like this hospital because although a little expensive, I know my dogs are cared for in time of need. I also know that there is always someone there 24/7 if one of my crybabies is I'll. It is a multifaceted hospital. The staff and Veterinarians are also very helpful and comforting.

They are so great here. No emergency fees, incredibly capable techs and doctors. They're gentle with my cats, they explain absolutely everything in detail, are patient to answer questions, and follow up after appointments to make sure everything is going okay. I will always take my pets there because I know I can trust them.
