  I'd say the best McDonald's in town. Nice clean interesting building. Usually busy here but you can place orders by yourself on there computer system. Good location. It has a large drive three as well open 24/7

  I live in Winfield but due to the unfortunate atmosphere the staff make and un-cleanliness/ Long Brown and blonde Hair i receive frequently in my food I drive All the Way Down Town Kelowna to the * 24 hour McDonald's to eat every time.. It's a bit slower but they make it fresh. In Winfield the younger Employee's + older Staff are very Unsanitary + simply Rude. ..I live in Winfield but due to the unfortunate atmosphere the staff make , I drive All the Way Down Town Kelowna at least I get * Service WITH a Smile

  If they can't be bothered to hire a proper staff, I can't be bothered to give them my money any longer. I am writing this review to save future customers the aggrevision and headache.

  When I called to complain about not receiving my burger when I got home tonight they treated me like I was the one who made an error for calling in.

  I have never once received my proper order at this location. The fries are always old, even after making me wait for 15 minutes with no one else in their lineup.

  They were busy so the product was fresh but they forgot our fries and they only put one napkin for four burgers.

  I was told that "They were trying their best and that's all they can do" while speaking to me in a condescending tone. Next I was asked "What should we do about it" in the same tone.

  Not even real food, I still feel gross... Never should have let myself be convinced to eat this junk again. There's no reason to eat this "food" - just as fast to get something at the grocery store that's not going to help kill you
